EUC Engineering has been awarded the work to provide an assessment of whether a part of a Perth based manufacturing facility constitutes a confined space. The relevant legislation is the WA OSH Regulations (1996) regulation 3.82 and also Australian Standard AS 2865-2009. The assessment will consider the definitions in these documents (which differ) and provide an evaluation of whether the space constitutes a confined space or not.
